Seriously, Tennant's run on Doctor Who so far downloading to my computer? Could you stop completing episodes in reverse order? Who is a slightly serial show, and I need to watch it in order. Which means that having 10 of 14 episodes done means nothing when the four left are The Christmas Invasion and the first three of the series. Bastard.

Certain bittorrent clients allow you to set individual files at a higher priority. (mu)torrent does that. I hit The Smashing Pumpkins entire discography yesterday, and made their albums come in the order of oldest to newest.
