God, Wormwood doesn't understand parenting. "You can be my prince and have power and rule things! Here, have the map I covet! Why are you running?"
Here's hoping the way she described Horath as capable of doing so many things means that she can make a portal back to our universe someday. She's awesome and totally deserves to be the Master to Sarah Jane's Doctor. (The Trickster is Davros, maybe?)
Mostly, I just enjoyed the ride. I know making the asshole a Bane cleared some room for the "Homeworld Security" business to go further over the top, but I really think he worked better as a purely human villain. It's the first time I've seen the show back off from reflecting real people, and I'm not sure how I feel. (Frankly, I think they did it to ease resolving that plot, which helps temper things a bit, even though I don't like it.)
Also, why were they all staring at the sky after the portal closed in not-Stonehenge? I can't tell if Lis throwing her arms out like that was at the director's behest, despite the stupid,or if she did it to sort of mock that she was staring at the sky for no reason?
All in all, though, this is still the best series being produced in the Whoverse, and it's nice to know it's the one getting regular seasons while Torchwood has it's miniseries 3 and Who has it's string of specials.
